the location was perfect, with many options of trips around the area to take. the rooms were modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with a stunning view of the lake. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was clear and refreshing, and relaxing on the terrace. the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff was hospitable, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
There was some confusion with our meal order in the restaurant, but the staff handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue promptly.

the staff was super welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, and doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. the facilities were spotless, and the modern decor made our stay feel luxurious. the food was delicious, and we were able to try out some local dishes that were a real treat.
There were some minor language barriers with the staff which made things a little challenging from time to time. Service was a bit unprofessional overall - we had to ask for the wifi code, the restaurant service was quite slow and our order was messed up.

My Easter stay at the hotel was not terrible, but it could have been better. The pool area was outstanding, and the views of the lake were breathtaking. The restaurant on-site was ideal when we didn't feel like going out, and the food was decent. , the location of the hotel was very convenient with several attractions nearby.
The service we received was poor. The staff was not friendly or helpful, which left us feeling unwelcome.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The facilities were brand new and great, especially the pool which was clean and relaxing. The hotel was located in a great spot, with easy access to transportation to explore the area. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff serving it was warm and cute.
Nothing to dislike.
